Good for a place in the middle of downtown but three stars because there’s no place to sit.

No seating.

Yesterday my kid had to use the bathroom so i went in to buy some coffee only to be told we couldnt use them anymore? If i am paying for over priced coffee yea i expect to be let to use the bathroom which i am sending a complaint corprate over.

Too bad. No place to sit or anything. Is it due to other problems in the area? Why? It's been this way for months. Shame, too, because the location is very nice otherwise. This review is not a commentary on the service or anything, just that this location really blows. It's a grab and go location that really shouldn't be but due to issues in the area, maybe it was pressured to be this way Not sure but it is what it is. Apparently no restroom either. Understandable again with the homeless issues nearby. Bathrooms at a location this accessible might just be inviting using in the restroom if you know what I mean. Too bad.

Literally no chairs. Feels like a war zone prison.

No seatings for a reserve Starbucks is a disappointment. Also they need more staff in the morning, extra slow
