Starbucks

Got to the drive thru at 8:30pm, thinking that this establishment closed at 9pm like others do. I waited in line for 20 minutes, no one tried to tell me they were closed through the mic or the 2 women that were outside cleaning something up; mind you they saw me in line and didn’t bother saying anything. It would’ve been nice to have been told they closed at 8:30 so I could’ve went to the other closest Starbucks.

This is the biggest Starbucks I have ever been in. I had an order for 7 for breakfast on a piece of paper and they were very helpful. I will go back again.

The worst location in my area! I’ve come multiple times due to it being so close to where I live and on the way to my job, but so many times they mess up on my order and when I ask to remake it’s always a hassle. Today really drew it! I asked the girl to remake my drink because of it being to milky and she said it’s because I get sweet cream so that’s why, I told her I order this all the time so I know how it should taste and look and she flat out said no it’s suppose to be like that and I don’t know Yeah the last time I will ever go. Get y’all’s employees retrained!

Ordered ahead and brought the 14+ year old chihuahua Scribble. Sister and I got frappuccinos and scribble got a pint size puppy whip. Perfect!!! And perfect day for it

They pull the worst espresso shots. The espresso doesn't go well with the milk they use. I have been lately tasting milk and espresso separately in a cappuccino

I ordered a iced Matcha lemonade and they gave it to me hot.
