Nice place for having a coffee! However, whenever ordering from the app, they always missed customization, even for cold brew, full of ice. What's the use of customization when they don't read instruction!

This is honestly the friendliest, and FASTEST Starbucks I've ever been to (and I've been to a ton, across multiple cities and states). There is rarely a line, and for a while I thought maybe it just didn't get much business. But having spent time in the shops nearby and being able to watch it from the window of the nail salon, it is not from lack of customers. The place is hoppin, it's just SUPER fast.
