Starbucks

The lady who took my order was extremely rude. When I asked her to make my order light ice, she said they don’t do that. When I asked her something about a coupon, she didn’t answer and just responded saying scan the app. I asked her again to clarify, and she still didn’t answer my question. They weren’t busy, there was no customer except me. Worst service ever.

Got an iced matcha latte and it tasted like straight up milk..

Starbucks employee Sara does such a terrific job! She is organized, kind, and so helpful. Her service is what keeps me going every morning!

The presentation of the food is bland, and the taste likewise. I would recommend saving your money. Starbucks would be wise to add flavor to their food and maybe even freshness. I usually get a flat white but at this location, they practically just pour milk into it, you understand why that's a problem. They appear to be overstaffed, and not very skilled at making the drinks. This location has quickly become a fail.

Service was ok, the atmosphere was great, it still took forever for my order to go through. Often very crowded and lots of noise.

Worst manager experience. I saw her harassing employees and customers.

the african american manager is the worst manager i have ever seen. She yelled at me because they took too long on my drink. I should not have to wait 30 min for a drink
