Chai tea latte

This store sucks. Always crazy busy and they don’t know how to manage orders correctly in the order in which they’re received. I got out of the long drive thru line and ordered online instead…. Went inside to pick it up and When I tell you they cleared the entdrive thru line I. 20 mins…. And STILL didn’t make my order I was super upset…. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:08 for pickup and I didn’t get it til AFTER 10:20. I should’ve just stayed in the drive thru line… I would’ve had mine made way earlier. Customer service is trash too. Nobody acknowledges you at the counter unless you go to the front to order. Even then you have to wait forever on somebody to come Parking: Spaces are tight
