Don't drink coffee but I love there hot chocolate and cheese Danish, yum

Whoever makes the drinks at nights needs to be let go. TWICE now I have to throw out my drinks because they are not edible. I would love to see the barista try the drinks they are making for customers to see how bad they taste. Waste of money I’ve thrown out 4 drinks already this week. Go to east Boston save your money

Genocide coffee

Relatively new store designed to discourage sitting and drinking your beverage and they succeeded. Interestingly enough, it also has a smaller amount of merchandise than most stores, and it’s almost entirely in front of the wall facing and adjacent to the register. Likely not going back except for maybe pickup or drive-thru esp if there are other stores open or nearby Parking: Store is designed for primarily drive thru and pickup

Las instalaciones están muy lindas pero lamentablemente esperar 20 min por 3 bebidas se me hace demasiado tiempo y aparte ver 3 personas paradas sin hacer nada y al preguntar por nuestra orden dicen que se les olvidó es muy lamentable.

Trying to get a cup of coffee ,decided to stay for a little bit becauseof the cold weather, couldn't stay longer because the music was so loud instead of relaxing got anxious and nervous , and they dont play the starbucks jazz music anymore

Extremely dissatisfied with this Starbucks location. It's evident they lack proper training for their staff. My coffee was spilled upon receiving, and my order for a 'warm' drink was served 'hot.' Additionally, no sleeve was provided for the cup. Overall, a poor experience.
