Straight up Willy Wonka and the Coffee Factory. This place is huge. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it was a zoo when we went. There’s several levels, the first 2 are fancy starbies, the last one up top is some sort of bar. Don’t wait in line downstairs. Head to the top. Strategy is key here. Break your party up. Send one to find seating and report back. Have one wait in line with the order. There are influencers everywhere and it’s hilarious to watch

Great place to visit when going to Chicago. Beautiful and a must see. Food was very aesthetically pleasing but didn’t live up to its looks. However, pastries and desserts are out of this world.

Overhyped to put it plainly. Decided to come by for the experience and to try their doppio espresso from a Black Eagle. I decided to try a small flight of roasts and was happy with the experience, but in the end its an experience you get get by visiting most local roasters in the area. The brand carries the place heavily, which is to be expected I suppose. Food was fine, nothing outstanding. The atmosphere was awful, the most notable being the absolute random music they being played touching every genere. It's very clear and cleaver the UX of this place is setup such that they do not want people staying any longer than 20 minutes. It's mostly designed for throughput, and it shows. Don't go here to feel welcome, go here to try some decent coffee get out, then buy some from a local roaster who responsibly sources their beans.

They don’t have normal Starbucks drinks which plenty of places to get those in Chicago.

This is a once in a lifetime stop for a starbucks lover! The location is perfect for downtown Chicago and is surrounded by everything you'd want to see. Stepping off the cold streets of Chicago and through the front door, one would be transported to a warm and cozy environment clad in bronze and everything coffee! The reserve roastery has 3 distinct floors, all serving their own specialty. On the second floor you can order many of the reserve drinks. The caramel mocha drizzle affogato is a delectable drink that has bitters, sweets, and savory flavors, all refined into one amazing desert. The floors all have a distinct feel to bring your beverage too and lounge around. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were friendly. You can tell when it's rush hour because the building can get packed and the staff a little weary. Overall this is the experience of all experiences for a starbies lover!
