Update: this is no longer a Starbucks Reserve. It seems all non-roastery Reserves were transferred. They still have Reserve beans and, most importantly, the Clover machine. But other than that there is nothing different from this Starbucks than any other Starbucks. It’s actually quite sad to see the Reserve bar so barren! Really great experience. The menu here is so much more exciting than a traditional Starbucks and the personalized-nature of the service makes it worth your time. I tried the Clover coffee. It’s a unique cup and a must-try! Leaps and bounds above Starbucks normal cup.

Staff was so friendly and have my friend's dog 2 pup cups! The only thing was that on this cold day the fire place wasn't on

Excelente servicio y calidad

I ordered a coffee with cream and for some reason it comes with a separate cup of cream and I ask the barista to drop some coffee for me since it is full , there is no room for me to add any. They told to drop coffee in the toilet instead. Personally I don’t think is ok to ask your customer to drop coffee to the restroom? The barista Trisdad is extremely rude. I don’t know why you can’t drop some coffee for me.

Sadly this is no longer a Starbucks Reserve, however the location is still very nice with an outdoor patio, fireplace, and extremely friendly staff. The reserve aspect really set this location apart and it’s sad to see it go. Wheelchair accessibility: All the seating is wheelchair friendly, the only hurdle would be getting through the main door which is a bit big. However there is plenty of friendly folk to open it for you

Outdoor fireplace is a nice touch. Inside bar is pretty awesome. Nice and spacious.
