Bad attitude staff, line for customers is defined. I entered the line from the opposite direction and I was the only person in line. It seemed that they are not going to take my order. After several minutes I asked if someone was going to take my order. Their response was: I entered ( an empty) line from the wrong direction . My question is: does Starbucks have any customer service training program for it's employees?

The shift supervisor, Ruby, is outstanding. She manages the shift staff very efficiently. When she's not there, it's noticeably disorganized. Ruby has great customer skills, is effieceint, and is a great brand representative.
The young lady with false eyelashes that took my order was yelling at me and being impatient with her customer I don’t know her name because she didn’t have a name tag but was being very rude and giving attitude.
