Starbucks

This Starbucks has a very rude manager named Brenna, she is not honest about giving the customer the right information about products they have available. The worker named Michael is also extremely rude and argumentative towards customers...Once I came in and ordered a golden ginger drink and Michael was was very rude and argumentative about the price of my order because he overcharged me and didn’t correct the problem. I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks employees until I came into this store inside Pavillions.

Noel from this location is very rude . She took my order with the most blank facial expression . Did not greet me. Seemed very bothered to be at work . When my order was ready she slammed the bag towards me & didn’t look my way or say anything afterwards. I’m very upset about the customer service here . I’ve had her multiple times and she always seems very mad to be working . Very unprofessional. I will not be going to this location anymore.

I came here on my lunch break so I wasnt in a rush but I had to be back eventually. I placed my order with Noel but didn't start making my order, she then took the order of the lady behind me. I didn't think anything of it until they started talking like they knew each other, obviously she was a regular. She gave me my sandwich but not my drink, I saw her doing a lot with ice and knew that wasn't my drink. She made the order that was behind me and completely skipped me. If that's how they're gonna do business at this Starbucks, I'll just walk across the street to the other one.
