Drive-thru dominates the parking lot if you're trying to park it's impossible to get out when you're ready to leave Starbucks wake up and reformat those parking lot

I love my Starbucks coffee!! The food is EHH. Basically freeze dried and resurrected in the microwave. The staff are friendly and make my coffee just how I like it! Atmosphere is comfortable. Gets crowded after 3 when the high school lets out, the kids walk over and you won’t be able to sit and stay.

I am not one to complain but I am going to. This location I have tried many times since it is on my way to work. The service at this store is not the greatest. I experienced this am a barista putting 2% milk in my coffee after specifically asking to be sure there was only oat milk in it especially since it was an oat milk espresso. To make it fill up to the top I saw that they added the 2% milk on top of the oatmilk. I feel like it was just out of pure laziness to go grab another container of oat milk. I feel like the store is always a mess and not cleaned up. I say these things so that the owner knows or manager I want everyone to be successful.

Had to refund my order after I waited 20 minutes and couldn't wait any longer.

Went in to buy gift cards for Christmas for a couple of my adult grandchildren.

You know it’s going to be a bad iced coffee when your order comes out practically white…. Asked for my cinnamon caramel cold brew w/ an extra shot of espresso to be remade because it was paler than Casper. They asked what was wrong with it and I told them by the looks of it, I can’t imagine there’s coffee AND espresso in it… still confused why I was confused, I just left. Tragic considering coffee costs $7-$15 nowadays. ◡̈
