I love this friendly neighborhood Starbucks..they always knew what I wanted, remembered me, and my puppy..super friendly ..very good service..management should be commended

I went today I understand it gets busy but the employee Tim she needs to learn how to make drinks I go here all the time never had an issue but clearly she can’t make drinks or read instructions then when I tell her the label said Carmel drizzle she proceed to grab it then drizzle Carmel on it and then left it open while I am standing there waiting and making other drinks for other people when she just need to add a cover and give me back I had to ask another employee for my drink.

Good food, friendly staff, the only problem is after paying for food why do I have to ask for a receipt every time I go there. We buy at the grocery store and never have to ask for the receipt. I keep all receipts. When you hand me back my card or money the receipt is my proof of purchase. People always ask for your receipt. 1/4/2024 Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks really!!!!! I am back on these receipts again, this morning I had to asked for my receipt again and I requested a copy of my original receipt, Why am I getting duplicate receipts. Then when I asked the girl at drive thru window she said there is a problem with the machine, so u said to here everyday, I asked for my original receipt the day before and got it looked at it and told the guy at the window no I need my original receipt he took back the duplicate receipt and gave me the original, so she lied I've been there all week and only one employee responded to my request properly. We are paying customers, yall don't even ask the customers if thy would like their receipt or attach it to the bag. So as far as customer service a 1 star, especially when they lie.

I had an amazing experience with LEI everytime I come to Starbucks she makes my coffee refresh & amazing. My coffee really ATE! She did that She’s also a sweet nice person!!! Definitely will keep returning because of her!! 100/1000.
