Starbucks

I came in today there were 2 workers, I wanted a green tea frap. So i asked if they still doing frap because its kinda late already. One girl said "yes we still" one said "no" then the one said yes turned around and did a lil talk. Then ended up not doing any frap.

why was i told at 5:06pm. saturday september 23rd they were closing after they served the person in front of me ?

place is HORRIBLE!!! I was ordering a drink, just to be told that there was no ice to make drinks. And when i tried asking for a different option, the worker sounded so rude for no reason.

Terrible service. Listening to rap with swear words on their phone on loud - little children are around. Three women working and took 10 mins and for me to remind them I was still waiting for my drink to get mine… there were 2 other orders - one before and one after mine.

Happy with my experience here. I never cared for Matcha Latte but then one of the employees recommended trying it with a shot of vanilla syrup, and now it is one of go to drinks!

I’m not happy with experience I just stopped by now at the target location which has a Starbucks inside and the website says close at 9pm and when I got here the gentleman said that is close very dissapointed they close 2 hrs early they should change the hours on there website what a waist
