Starbucks off Knoxville in Peoria, IL is usually pretty fast given they are directly across from an interstate exchange and two major hospitals. That being said, they got my drink order wrong. I’m not mad,m. I asked for oatmilk instead of dairy, as I’m cutting back down. It’s not worth wasting product on a mistake. I just hope they take a little more time to confirm as they were pushing out customers very quickly.

I have to say, this is by far my favorite Starbucks. Everyone is so nice and willing to get your drink correct. Keegan the new Mgr has done amazing. He has an amazing team. Kailyn, Jonah, and Lequeint are 3 amazing people! I drive an hour to work and hold off on getting my drink for work, bc I'd much rather go to Knoxvill location! Thanks and great job to everyone on the team!

Really nice people here. I didn’t have enough money one day and an employee randomly “put it on the house”… who does that? Not a lot of businesses that’s for sure. I really appreciate real life people. They have a speedy drive through as well.

This is the best Starbucks—they never miss! My drinks (and food) have always been accurate, tasty, and timely! Everyone is also SO friendly here! I actually drive out of my way to stop at this particular location because I can always count on their consistency. Highly recommend!
