90% Of the time when I order a chai tea latte , it is weak and I have to request more syrup. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate And they did not put the peppermint in the chocolate. I finally got so frustrated with this store that I called the headquarters in Seattle and filed a complaint. They added twenty dollars to my card and said they would speak to management at this store.
Love the employees here! They work really hard and do a great job and always have a friendly attitude Keep up the good work!
Slowest Starbucks in all of Pensacola. It does not matter what day or time you come. I’ve placed a mobile order and still waited 30 minutes for a drink. Quicker service at restaurants where they actually cook food… 30 minutes for coffee! Side note: Leslie is amazing and is the one bright side of this Starbucks!
This place was dead. However, took forever to get my coffee. They cater to drive through.
I only go to this Starbucks out of convenience and get mad at myself every time I go because I know it’s just gonna be disappointing. The inconsistency at this location is insane. 80% of the time, my iced shaken espresso looks like a cup of milk. Below is what a perfect and correctly made drink looks like vs the $5 cup of milk I always get handed at this store. I don’t know the solution but I’m so tired of wasting my money here, and only returning in hopes that they maybe can get it right next time.
I didn't try the food but judging by the crowds they either like it or they just can't help themselves. I don't pay Starbucks prices and I don't like their logo but it smells good. And they don't appreciate anyone concerned for their own self-defense so you be the judge.
The people who work there are friendly. This review is about quality. Every single time I go here, there’s an issue. I just won’t go back to this location anymore. When you’re paying $7-8 for a small drink including tip, it becomes not worth it. I’ve waited 15-20 min for a drink before, when there’s no one else there. Fine ok they’re busy with drive through and online. But why prioritize online orders that sit there for 10+min when you have someone in store? The drinks are consistently 1/4 empty. I recently ordered a matcha latte, and it wasn’t stirred. It’s frustrating that it’s so often these things happen now. I don’t like to complain, I’ve worked in the food industry so I get it, and ultimately it’s not a big deal, I just won’t go back. But is there just supposed to be zero expectation of getting anything worth your money anymore?
