Starbucks

My goto place if you wish to just sit and relax. Nice coffee, of course. Clean restrooms, ample seating space, amazing staff. Location is perfect for an quick grab-n-go if you are at byward. They have charging points under each seat around the wall so that's another plus. Main entrance is not wheelchair friendly though, we had to carry out stroller otherwise the experience was great. Wheelchair accessibility: Entry to Starbucks is not wheelchair friendly though.

Stood waiting for service while two staff walks back and forth. No one gave any service. Any there was no one else in line.

Great environment with friendly staff! I will definitely be returning!

I am very unsatisfied with their service as I am a regular customer of Starbucks and I drink their coffee everyday but I didn't like the attitude and my coffee was not even taste good at all

Had a good time with my coffee today but I didn’t had a good time with the service provided in the evening by one of the lady who was taking an order, she behaved with us in a way as if were not wanted there or as if we disturbed her peace, first of all we were new here and needed a bit of suggestion with drinks But she gave us disgusted expression for not knowing about the drinks which I believe was very rude as a customer Overall the experience we took home from there was not at all good and next time I’d rather skip this Starbucks location.

Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp since the reopening. I enquired to know if they were planning on having a new one and I was told there was no timeline for a ramp.
