Good experience - friendly staff! I usually ask for a large tea and request that they pick what tea that I will drink. Randomness is quirky. I have gone back and it has been the same good quality and environment.

Hands down the worst Starbucks in Kanata. The staff seem more interested in their conversations than anything related to the restaurant. It’s dirty and messy and I’ve gotten the wrong order more than once and have only visited maybe 5 times..

The music was loud and heavy on bass which made it hard to chat with friend without it leaning in like at a dance club. Moved to opposite side of store from speaker and had same issue. Better just use drive through

Got Strawberry crème frappe chino via drive thru, it was quick & service was great. I wanted less ice but she explained me that whip creme will settle & won’t be good, so then I went with the regular one. Happy with my purchase. Taste was great as usual

Waited 45 minutes in drive thru can hear the staff arguing, once handed one it was supposed to be ice chai tea latte and it was milk with ice, then they were slamming things around, still waited for one drink. There was five drinks on the counter that weren't ours. Then ours was there and waited 5 mins before was handed to us. Was a complete mess will not come back to this location. I've never had an experience like this before.
