It’s a Starbucks everything was made to taste like you would expect from Starbucks.

The dude at the register was very rude; he repeated my order to me and still made it wrong. I felt so unwelcome I didn't bother trying to get it fixed.

Atendente chamado “Alexandria” rindo e zombando da pronúncia dos clientes junto com seu outro colega de trabalho. Fez isto com um cliente que estava a nossa frente e depois comigo e minha esposa. Ele constantemente repete o nome dos produtos de forma rude com a intenção de corrigir a pronúncia, e quando pensa que o cliente não está ouvindo começa a imitar os clientes e rir junto de seu colega. Peço a administração do Staurbucks que investigue o caso pois isto se chama Xenofobia e não deveria ser tolerada em suas lojas.

Eu gosto muito do capuchinhos aqui, mas o atendimento é muito demorado.

My husband and I were waiting in line to place our order and we witnessed an attendant being extremely rude to a customer who was having trouble pronouncing his order correctly because he was a tourist. After the customer left, we were the next to be served by the same waiter. We asked politely for our order and he also seemed rude. After taking our order we heard him pronouncing our accent with his colleague and laughing. I went back to the waiters and told them that we were disappointed and that this was not the way to treat a customer. He simply said thank you and come back in a mocking tone, clearly demonstrating that it was a case of xenophobia because we were from another country. I'm not sure of your name, but if I'm not mistaken your name is Alexandria. I would ask the Starbucks management to resolve this issue because we live in the area and always pass by, and if we see another situation like this we will call the police.
