The place is very nice but, I had 2 coffees. A latte, they gave it to me excessively hot and I returned a few hours later for a cappuccino and asked please that it not be extra hot. Now my tongue and lips are burned.
Downloading the app and avoiding the lines will be ultra helpful. There can be an unexpected long wait. Staff, if friendly and drinks, are consistent! Due to its location, this starbies is very busy. Please practice patience while waiting. Remember, yelling at the staff won't help you get your coffee faster, BUT downloading the app WILL! I dont work for the bucks but have waited very long in the drive thru and have watched some rudeness towards the staff that could have been avoided if the Customers just DOWNLOADED THE APP, LOL! Stay caffeinated☕️
I ordered a Pumpkin Cream cold brew!!! It’s just a cold brew with pumpkin cream cold foam!! And the idiot barista put chai in my cold brew!!! I never asked for chai and so I went back and asked her to remake it and she put chai in it AGAIN!!! I NEVER ASKED FOR CHAI so I had her remake it again ! And she was like sorry I just assumed you wanted chai! “ I NEVER ASSKED FOR CHAI AND I THINK SHE WAS HIGH ON THE JOB HER EYES WHERE ALL RED !this is the dumbest experience I’ve ever had at this location!! I want a response back I ordered today on 9/23/23 between the time of 1:30 and 2:15 at the hunters creek location on John young! whoever was making the coffee at that time needs to be drug tested no one should be that high on the job!!!
