Employees and managers have no idea of how to ring up an order properly. Want less syrup on your coffee? Thats an extra charge because they ring it up as extra syrup!
I try not to really spend money on Starbucks if I can avoid it but they definitely make the experience great enough to keep coming back! everyone is so friendly! I accidentally ordered two location that wasn’t the one I needed to pick up from that was out of my way. I called them and requested that they cancel it. They told me that I should be able to go to anyone and get my items replaced. I came to this location on 1/35 and they refuse to do so, and wanted to charge me, I had my order on hand and they refused to replace the items which is terrible customer service because it’s still one company. The orignal location said they couldn’t cancel. It’s too pricey too have these issues
