I love Starbucks because it’s everywhere and you can eat quickly and deliciously.

There’s a female worker that’s tall with glasses and a beanie that looks at you and doesn’t attend you she ignored me while I was waiting to order while the other employee went out of his way to attend me while he was at the drive through window and busy while she stood there doing nothing.

Like the coffee,not so much the atmosphere.

I put in a mobile order that included extra whipped cream for one drink and extra strawberries for the other, instead of reading my order properly they put in extra puree instead of strawberries and no extra whipped cream. It might have been an honest mistake but at the end of the day it should be emphasized that reading the full order matters.

Staff is completely lost - didn’t know how to make basic drinks & asked for the manager who said they are following 2yr old policy’s - LOL what a joke…. Time to speak to corporate
