Made an online order and when went to pick up some else took my order...had to wait extra time for the store clerk to make another sandwich.
The baristas at this location have attitude issues. I understand being annoyed about things as a worker but you are still providing service. Please train your baristas on their tone of voice and kindness.
This Starbucks is a joke. I come here only when I visit my mom and every single time I have a bad experience … how?? Whether they don’t have half the products, or you order through the app for pick up in the drive thru and they tell you that you have to go around again because you didn’t order at the window ???? Train your employees better !!!!! There is a 100% chance if you come to this Starbucks you will be disappointed.
Horrible experience nearly was kicked out for asking for a macchiato with no foam ( which they do in every Starbucks ) and was told to look over wise on the menu and let them know what I wanted . I gently asked please to make the coffee and the associate told me I can stand there all day but my order wasn’t possible to make. I then pulled up to the window and asked to speak to the manager , the manager Rochelle approached me very aggressive and told me I can hold up her line all I want I wasn’t getting my macchiato. Horrible place and horrible atmosphere.
three people inside the store, they take a long time to serve me because they are talking all the time and when you receive the order, it is incomplete. I asked them to please complete my order and they got angry. I don't go to that place anymore, the service is terrible.
