Nice convenient spot in Times Square for a coffee and pastry!

No bathroom. Minimal seating (I am talking 6 stools), service takes forever FOR A CAKE POP, and didn’t even have a dark roast at 10 AM.

Mobile order took over 30 minutes because only 1 person is preparing for all? And where in time square! And the smell and dirt was everywhere Just a tip: when you have the only store that stays open until midnight in a crowded city where everything else is closed you should expect more customer at this time

Almost no seating, rude staff, order made wrong 3 times, very disappointed to see one of the flagship locations this bad.

Had a caramel latte with one shot of coffee, it was delicious

Waited 30mins for a tea which did not arrive even when staff questioned. Had to leave due to slow service, never got the tea, didn't even want the tea after all that... $5 paid for nothing...

Não tem lugar para sentar, apesar do vasto espaço (vazio). Não é a estrutura de um Starbucks convencional. Entendo q deve ser pelos mendigos da área, mas poderiam contratar um segurança. Mas optaram por tirar todos os móveis. Péssimo

Didn’t have the green tea needed for my order but only told me after I paid for it. Then, they got my order wrong and the girl serving me was really rude about it. Asked for it to be remade and they made it wrong again so I gave up.

No bathroom, no seating, no tables, horrible prices, trash everywhere
