They ran out of decaf and the barista wouldn’t refund me. He told me to call customer service. I’m on hold for over an hour to get my $9 back. SMH.
Candy refused to serve me the drink I ordered. I’m actually a District Manager for Starbucks. I even told her this. She refused me my Double Espresso w/Partana. Actually giving me a refund rather than stating what’s been expressed as not ideal rather than an immediate no. I tried telling her charge me whatever but make what I want and she refused. This wasn’t the best decision in my opinion. I sat in the store 15 mins to be denied a drink and refunded.
Kid-friendliness: They always welcomed you into the Starbucks every morning. There was hardly any lines so you get your coffee and your breakfast and go on your way greet service.
Disappointing service. Came here for drinks and did online orders. Barista tells me they don’t have decaf for one and suggested another option that was half the price and no, cannot refund me. So I take the caffeinated version. 20 minutes later the same barista is cleaning the outside. I ask about my drink at which time he admitted it had been made and he forgot. Drink is cold and gross. Mind you he gave me my drink wearing the same gloves he had left on to clean the tables or windows. These gloves were the ones he wore earlier to make food and drinks with. I left in disgust and just trashed the drink as I was worried about getting sick. The place was well staffed with two or three baristas. This was not a case of the guy getting stretched thin but incompetence. I really advise against this location. I’ve had other not great experiences here before but this one is what prompted me to wrote a review. Not coming back.
Don’t order coffee in the mornings. They are always short staffed and coffee ordered from mobile order is almost never ready. You’d wait 15-20 minutes for even Pike Place to be served.
