After several visits to this location, I've finally decided I'll be better off at any other Starbucks. This one's closest to my office, so I keep going in, and every time I'm really disappointed. On the one hand, it's a Starbucks, so the prices and everything on the menu is what you expect. The problem is the service. Staff are so slow I've seen would-be customers give up and walk out of the store. It must be loud behind the counter, because you have to practically yell to get them to understand your order. I've had staff walk away from the register before the order was done, leaving it empty with a line behind me. Twice I've tried redeeming rewards only to get charged instead, and they only fixed it once. In general, they seem more interested in talking to each other than working. Do yourself a favor and walk a few more blocks to the one on Broadway.
