Slow service but the barista who took my order was friendly and cheerful. Nice place to grab a coffee while waiting for my train

Rude rude workers. Girl named Denise does not know how to speak. Shouldn’t be working in Starbucks if you can’t handle crowds.

Whenever I ordered a drink, I always specified through the app that I wanted less ice, and the drink ended up being 80% ice. What's the point of writing instructions if employees don't even read them?

This is one of the worst run Starbucks.. I usually order online to pick up before I take the train..the estimated pick up time is always inaccurate and end up either missing my train or losing money on coffee that I cannot pick I’ll if I need to take the train on time.. truly the worst.. I’m not going to be using this location ever again, just not worth the brainwidth..

I wish I could give this location NO STARS! Every time I order a drink on the app the drink is wrong. Today, I showed the cashier a picture of my wrong drink from yesterday and she got an attitude and proceeded to tell me she wasn’t there yesterday. I told her what I asked for is standard with the drink I ordered. She told me “I’m just asking if you want whip cream or not”. It was an awful experience. Today, is it for me and this location! The amount of money Starbucks charges for their beverages they need to deal with this location! I never see a manager on-site ever!

terrible customer service I was waiting for over half an hour and had to go up twice to ask if my drink was being made. crazy thing is the place wasn't even busy... the workers were just talking to each other the entire time
