Tucked just up the block on 32nd street from Penn Station, this Starbucks is an easy stop for coffee and rest. The staff are unfailingly friendly and the coffee is “S’bucks” strong. In the afternoon I’m able to find tables or benches to ease the wait for nearby trains. The Manhattan prices are what they are: you’re paying for space and atmosphere. The tall tables and benches discourage loitering (which helps keep folks moving here), but the nearby outlets are quite convenient for a charging pitstop. Pretty consistently clean and peaceful, considering the chaotic bustle and screaming noise of nearby midtown. Wheelchair accessibility: There appears to be a wheelchair accessible ramp here

Personale super gentile , tutti molto accoglienti , il caffè migliore di New York preso proprio qui
Waited for 20 mins for a $7 tall drink stressfully is absolutely not worthy. I could have had a waiter service in a decent restaurant for a coffee with that price. I should also note that I wouldn’t have had my drink if I had not asked for the staff’s attention a few minutes prior. Peak hour in the morning…I get it. The staff is working as hard as they can ( adding back 1 star). But it is really hard to tolerate this experience. I would avoid ordering from this store during peak hours, and think twice before spending $6-9 on a Starbucks drink in general.
