Awful service. If this is how this Starbucks is being ran, they need to close it down immediately. I placed a mobile order around 7:19am on the train and didn’t realize I placed it to this store. Nonetheless I arrived to the store about 7:25. The store was empty. Yet my drink wasn’t even made. The curly head, slim built, Hispanic, young man then gave me my drink around 7:30 am. And it was made WRONG! I said excuse me, it’s suppose to me no foam. He didn’t apologize, just gave me a nasty look took the cup and remade it. The shift who was in there with him, didn’t even acknowledge me. I know how a chai is suppose to be made. He made it again the second time, this time, him and the shift are talking, and he’s not paying attention. He didn’t even add the water to the chai, and like the first drink it had form. Once I received the cup, and I’m going to just take it and go. But I came to my senses, I paid dang near $6 for my drink. I’m not leaving and then wasting my hard earned money, I don’t care if it was only $6. Then I said may I just have a refund. He goes “ms it’s the milk” with an attitude. I replied, there’s a spoon you can use to remove the foam. He then looks at the shift and then goes to give me my refund. I then look at her too waiting for her to say something to me, but nope nothing. He didn’t even apologize, he didn’t say anything, he prints out my receipt and instead of giving it to me, he points at it, for me to grab. I said thank you and left the store. It’s too early for that type of behavior. It’s important to be respectful to people. And this kind of behavior should he left at the door. I understand that, sometimes our personal life can come in contact with our job but I didn’t do anything besides order a drink. Now look, they made their store lose $6. Imagine how many other customers request a refund for a quick fix at this location. It’s honestly ridiculous.
