I think this is hands down the best experience ive ever had at a starbucks. I really wanted to try a refresher with a twist, since they have a lot more stuff you can add in your drinks than i have back home. I asked them to make me a drink, as long as its a refresher and its sweet. When i wanted to pay they said they were gonna cover the costs since i asked them to experiment. They give me a GREAT drink!!! Absolutely loved it. Thank you to the person behind the register <3333

Today we bought coffee with my friend , my size of cup was LARGE and her is SMALL , and the volume of large size of cup was EXACTLY the same like small . Why should I pay for large size and don’t get the right amount of my coffee ??! The personal is rude , I didn’t get normal answer for my question why it’s like this . I was not offered a replacement for my drink
