Starbucks

I’m a dasher , every time I go into the New Hartford Starbucks , I’m never greeted . If I am spoken to it’s 10 minutes after standing there . Today I walked in and no greeting , I stood at the pick up area for 15 minutes and none said a word to me , I waited so long that the dash app gave me the option to unassigned the order. As I’m standing waiting , I noticed two workers going back and forth talking through their headsets . Customer services these days is not what it use to be . Finally the order is bagged and I still had to ask for the bag .

Place is a joke. Terrible service. Manager waste time and detrimental to busniess. 10+ minutes to get a banna bread they could just hand me.

Awful! This coffee shop feels more like a warehouse than a coffe shop. The ambiance and customer service staff is lacking customer service manners.

My favorite location. Amy, Sydney and a few others are so kind and thoughtful, always go the extra mile.

Also good to go to for a quick pick me up
