Drive thru has the worst customer service their FRAPPES are not made correct they have NO taste, tastes like plain bitter crushed ice.. Two thumbs down for them. Bad service ☝️

We arrive at 8:22 on and they have the door closed already. Their store hours say they close at 9.

Most of the time is good I was surprised they messed up my 2 drinks in one day

Customer service was very rude. It was not that busy yet they just kept saying what do you want abruptly and felt very rushed just trying to order when I was told the items I wanted were out of stock.
