The App always indicates items are not available or they are closed but the opposite is always the case.

I just watched employees ignore me, talk to each other, and let 2 guest be unserviced and walk out. My drink is wrong because they are too busy talking. How is the restroom unavailable? Is that not a health code? I mean come one Starbucks.

Never ever in my life have I met staff of ANY business as disrespectful and rude as they are here. Where is the "zero" stars option? It takes a lot for me to write a bad review as I understand that all folks have bad days, but having sought out other's experiences with this particular location (in Nashville for vacation from Canada), I thought I would add to the long list of unhappy customers. October 7th - Popped into a completely EMPTY Starbucks (didn't know these existed, but now I know why) to order 2 refreshers with "light ice"... was advised by the young lady at the till that they were out of the dried fruit which she added she thought was gross anyway as it gets soggy. I was encouraged by her comment that it tasted exactly the same anyway so I proceeded. While I waited for the drinks to be prepared, I asked to use the washroom (I had previously noted a "broken" sign attached to the door and then watched a staff member walk out of it after using it). I was informed that their washroom was out of service. Okay. No problem. I can find another. A few minutes later, I was notified that our drinks were ready. They looked like water (which I was prepared for - no fruit). They were also 2/3 full of ice. I had politely asked for LIGHT ice which I thought was a fairly simple "modification" which required little skill. I am ALWAYS reluctant to complain, contemplated for a couple of minutes while I looked at the label attached to the cup, which indicated LIGHT ice. Ok... so I calmly walked up to the girl at the till and asked if the two drinks could be remade with light ice as they had been ordered and as the label indicated. The barista grabbed the two cups, took them over to the back counter and used a slotted spoon to scoop out about 3 ice cubes from each cup and add about a teaspoon of extra liquid. She then threw the slotted spoon across the metal counter and shoved my drinks towards me, laughed at me, and continued to shoot me glares as she snickered with a coworker. I opted to leave with my cup of ice and 1/2 cup of refresher with no fruit and a bad taste in my mouth for that rude group of staff members who should all be fired. Never seen anything like it!!!!! Shame on you Gulch Starbucks for allowing these girl to represent your business. Clearly they have quite the reputation, and it isn't good.

No bathroom for customers?!?!?!?!? Only for staff?!?!?!?!? Is this even legal?!?!?!?!?

First off this doesn’t feel like a typical Starbucks. That’s a good thing! We know their are other great choices in the Gulch for coffee. But here’s the thing, Sometimes you just want a damn coffee to go quickly! This Starbucks is located in one of the busiest areas of walkable traffic next to Downtown. Often our bachelorette parties are a little hung over/ or need a little pick me up. This Starbucks offers exactly what it is! Quick fast no fuss coffee. For that reason we are recommending simply because of how convenient it is and it prime location for fast casual coffee.

The other one star reviews of this place, are, unfortunately, well deserved. They are almost always out of stock of at least 25% of the items in store at any given time, and they absolutely do not keep this updated. I've ordered on the app multiple times only to not be notified when the order is done, had the order be done 15-20 minutes late even when they're not busy, and had no refund when they're out of stock and have no equivalent substitutions. Even ordering in store, prepare to have your order forgotten about indefinitely. I would highly recommend going to one of the two Barista Parlor locations within a few hundred yards instead. They also allow online orders, are faster, nicer, and generally more reliable.

If you’re coming to this location you should probably mobile order. Stood in line for 22 minutes while they continued to make mobile orders as they came in and ignored the customers in the store. These were not previous mobile orders these came in 10 minutes after I was standing in line and got made before my order was even taken. Never seen any Starbucks or any coffee shop ignore customers like this before.

Baristas nice and helpful but place is dirty, the only bathroom they have is out of order

Espresso was good , but the 1 restroom they have is “out of order”. But there’s 4 people working? I don’t understand.
