This by far one of the best Starbucks have been too the Customer service is top notch will return again

Stopped in for drinks and a little AC on a hot day during our trip to Nashville. Barista advised us they were closing soon and we'd have to leave. We were still waiting for our last drink when he told us AGAIN we had to leave. We said we knew and he replied "Well, you're still sitting down" Thanks for the hospitality, jerk. I'm surprised he didn't make us wait outside for our drinks

This Starbucks is notorious for being extremely slow and the staff having poor attitudes. I’ve tried in app order ahead and ordering at the counter and both situations it took 20+ minutes to make a simple coffee drink. Doesn’t matter if I am the only person in there or if it is packed. It’s just not a good Starbucks.

Extremely rude employees. Today is my birthday and I went for a birthday drink. The barista scoffed at me and didn’t say happy birthday. They were noticeably kinder to some customers, and rude to others. The service was very slow and they forgot my boyfriends sandwich. My boyfriend and I got the same thing and his was sweeter than mine. The same employee made a fuss when I asked if we could add another pump of syrup to sweeten it. My drink was $8- I wanted what I paid for. Overall a very unpleasant experience, especially on my birthday. The service here is horrible and they do not do a good job. I would recommend not stopping at this location and going to the East Nashville location instead.
