Usually don’t have an issue, nor complain, however, this time was incredibly frustrated when I got my coffee to see it was maybe 2/3 full, after spending $7. It’s theft, pay for 1 size and get something else. It’s happened @ this Starbucks more than once, hence I’m saying something.
Ordered a venti ice chai there tonight to prepare for my long shift, I took a sip and it was absolutely terrible. Called them and explained how it tasted wrong/ sour and Nora explained they had someone new in training and would make me a new drink without any other questions asked. Headed back over, and got the new drink- great customer service thank you guys so much!!!
The worst! There can be no one in drive thru and one person in lobby and they still take 20min!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!
I would enjoy this Starbucks more if they didn’t water down their drinks so much. Be aware that mobile ordering or just going inside this establishment and ordering is a longer wait than a long drive through lane. Parking: It’s a pretty tight squeeze to park as the drive through line makes it almost impossible to get out.
I love the staff here. Great drinks and service. My favorite stop! Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly to children.
