This Starbucks has been now upgraded to Woke Starbucks. Congrats! Your woke friends and customer must very happy for you. First, they cancelled the cream, straws, sugar, and regular open hours. is a hit and miss when this Starbucks is open. NOW, they have cancelled the Wi-Fi access to its customers. In addition to that, they have NO RESPECT for their customers; they think their customers have the same IQ as they have. For the past 2 weeks they have been telling their customers that the Wi-fi is down. A word to the store manager: If indeed the Wi-fi is down, then you are doing a very poor job as a manager. Customers now have NO access to the Wi-Fi. Great! Piece of advice; most your customers who goes to your store, for the exception of the sugar addicts and attention seekers, goes there not because your coffee or products, they go there because of (1) they have been going to Starbucks for the past 20 + years’ work, use the Wi-fi, and, out of respect for the business, they purchase goods. DON’T BOTHER TO CONTACT THE DISTRICT MANAGER. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE NO LONGER “HERE” TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS; THEY ARE NOW SOCIAL WORKERS OR CASE MANAGERS. THYE JOB NOW IS TO ENSURE THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE WELL, THEY FEEL “INCLUSIVED”, THEY ARE OK WITH THEIR GENDER OF CHOICE, WHATEVER THEY IDENTIFY THEMSELFS WITH IT IS WORK GREAT FOR THEM, AND MOST IMPORTANT, MAKING SURE THE EMPLOYEES ARE TAKING THEIR “MEDS”. HEALTH VIOLATION. Hair falls out every day as part of the body's natural renewal cycle. The American Academy of Dermatology note that it is normal for a person to lose about 500–1000 hairs each day." Now, how many of these ends up in your drink at your local Starbucks? Did you ever think of that? I did! And I find out that 6 out of 10 drinks I order at several Starbucks, including this one, had an hair in it. If that is the case, why are not Starbucks complying with the California Health and Safety code HSC 113969 and Food code 2-402-11? Hair Nets! They follow all other codes: Wear a Mask, do not provide straws, condiments to your customers, unless they ask. Could please anyone at Starbucks corporate office respond to this feedback? LACK OF WORK EHTICS. Starbucks employees and management cannot fulfill its obligations of keeping a store open regular hours. For the 17th time this year, Starbucks at Mission Viejo Gateway closes the store at 12:30 pm instead of their usual time of 06:00 pm. Starbucks is the only business that I know of it that cannot fulfill its store schedule obligations! Why is that? Is something to do that about 87% of current Starbucks workforce (executives, district managers, store managers, and hourly employees (YES! I’m sorry, you are NOT A "PARTNER" - if you were a partner, you would have ownership in the Starbucks corporation, and you DONT have) are the most generation of workers with a lack of work ethics? motivation? lack of been productive? or as to do with the fact that they do not have the mental capacity to endure a 40 hours/week work like every other individual in American and the world? I travel for a living, and in any given year I travel to at least 5 countries, and I go to Starbucks in these countries if one is available. What I have witness, is that the individuals in these countries - most of them, third world countries, and a great work ethic. You don’t see them to show up to work just to collect a paycheck, nor wearing their shirts with Pride, BLM flags on it. They are not allowed to bring their politics and social views to work. Those, you keep it at home or on your own time. The only think a Starbuck employee in the US has pride is on their rainbow colors, "exclusivity", the fact that they are indeed the worse workforce ever, ever in the great United States of America. They do not have any pride on their work, that is for sure.
