A bit disappointed... Ordered a trenta Strawberry Acai Lemonade online today with no ice and paid with stars. But when I picked up the order, it was only filled to 80% of the cup. The batista cited the recent policy change to charge extra for no ice and refused to fill it. I'm aware of this policy, but I redeemed stars so it still would've been free and I would have accepted the extra charge if there was a way to do it from mobile ordering. While I appreciate being able to redeem stars for complementary drinks, it casted a shadow.

Courteous, kind, and professional staff. This is one of the best, cleanest Starbucks stores in the. Bay Area. Besides the above, I could have my delicious Cappuccino and warmed lemon cake. Perfect experience.

Muy buen cafe

There were flies everywhere. Even the food they were serving had flies sitting on them. The barista were not well trained and the drink quality was so poor.

Handled my mobile order with the speed of a lightning. Great service, great coffee. Thank you!
