Starbucks

The servers are very knowledgeable and professional, and the food is decent. But, the place is very dirty. The floors are dirty, the tables, the windows are all dirty. There are left over foods from previous customers left at the table without employee's cleaning the tables. You would think that this location is located in a raunchy neighborhood and not Miami Shores. The residents of Miami Shores pays high rent and mortgages to live there. You guys could do better than that!!!!!

I been living in the Miami shores area for over 20 yrs and this has always been my go to Starbucks everyone has always been friendly. As soon as I walk in this morning I can hear Claudio being very loud and gossiping with a customer about another staff member. Then he and Marika continue to gossip. While they are gossiping they are bossing around the other 2 young ladies who are working. I manage 3 clinics and will never treat my staff the way Claudio was treating these young lady. Another customer that was there stated that he is always loud and gossiping. I asked marika to provide with cup sleeves and looked at me and proceeded to ignore me the other young lady saw what happened and apologized and handed me the sleeve. I completely understand it’s busy we all have bad days but leave that at the door. Claudio and Marika need more training on customer service

What we are experiencing is worrying, I don't have any problems with homosexuals, I respect them like everyone else but this man in the photo is the manager of this Store and it is not the first time that when a man enters the bathroom he tries to open the door Today he did it to my friend but the problem is when a child comes in, what is going to happen? This person is a harasser, today I observed him and he has an obsession with men, this cannot happen, it is abuse of his authority The name of this disrespectful and harassing person who loves to try to enter the men's bathroom is Claudio

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Service is alway great.
