Convenient Starbucks location near to Macy’s

Nunca más tomaré café en esta tienda, son unos estafadores, venden el café mediano lleno a menos de la mitad. Reclame al barista y me dice que el café esta mezclado con la espuma. Es todo un insulto a la inteligencia humana.

20 min to a double shot and a brown sugar shaken. Two workers and only two ppl ahead of me in line before my order, but $15 an hour minimum wage , nice try.

Worst place ever! Bad service, Coffee awful and the service poor, take too long for each order and nasty costumer service

Only reviewing because of Tenisha’s excellent service, she was so kind and I even went for her recommendation (iced brown sugar shaken espresso with a pump of white mocha, delicious). Would come back just for her!

By all aspects it’s a Starbucks and my drink was good. The staff varied but were acceptable. What I did not like was that I was told this location does not accept the app scan feature. Although while I say there I kept seeing people scan something with their phones. Upon asking I did not get a clear reply. I was told you could use it for some things but not others and not for payment scan…. Very offsetting.
