I've been to this place 3 times. Out of the 3 times I came, one of those times I was about to enter and two employees said I could not enter the store and that is was temporarily closed at the time because something that was going on inside. Sounded like a personal staff issue (safety reasons) is what they kind of mentioned to me. I had to drive down to Sharon Heights Plaza to grab coffee from that Starbucks. Other than that, the other two times I was able to grab a hot drink, I was happy with my order. Store is clean and items look restocked. Parking is a little small but manageable.

Low traffic, pleasant clientele. Outside seating. I prefer the side asking the smaller street and face south to are the trees instead of the traffic.

was this the reserve location? one of the few quiter places to go when one has P.T.S.D.

Nice place. The only downside is that I asked specifically not to add ice to my kids drink.... But it came with lots of ice
