Starbucks

I come here everyday and the staff is so welcoming and kind. It can get a bit busy in the afternoons with teens from local schools but I enjoy working here in the morning on the weekdays and weekends, if I can.

If you like extremely loud music at 530am you’ll love this place!

The cafe team could benefit from customer service coaching, or maybe feeling appreciated by management? Poor quality service and bad vibe at this place.

The young lady had an attitude and the coffee was cold and tasteless like it was a leftover from a day before.

Used to be a great Starbucks location way back in the day but nowadays, staff are lackadaisical and cold. Ordered 2 drinks in person and watched as the next 3-4 people standing behind us in line got their drinks first. It wasn’t until I asked them about the status of our drinks after 10 minutes of waiting that they realized both drinks had already been made and sat there changing to room temperature as we waited instead of properly managing the drink queue. No apologies or remorse for the mistake. I’ll be avoiding this location going forward.

The most disgusting service. The staff is so rude for no reason. They behave like they are doing you a favor. Calitos and kemb are extremely rude.
