Best service! I accidentally ordered my drink at a different location and was immediately assisted by Summer! She simply asked what the drink was and made it without any questions. That was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! Thank you Summer!!

Be cautious, check your drink before leaving it might not be correct. I continue to go here because it's the closest in my driving habits. But I have had several times my order wasn't correct.

This is my 2nd time ordering through the drive thru & they get my order wrong AGAIN. Every time I ask for a matcha, for some odd reason they give me an iced chai like wth? And then when you tell them the order is wrong, they look at you like you’re the one who made the order wrong. Literally not coming to this location again. I’d rather go to Dunkin at this point & I don’t even go there like that! Smh.

Music is always too loud and urban at this location and the staff rarely speaks. Floor is disgusting and trash overflowing most of the time.

Who ever Donnie is, he is the complete worst. He does not speak and was very condesending when I asked for my drink to be fixed and as if I made it wrong, and was more concerned about conversations with the staff than paying customers. I have visited this location in the past and loved the staff, but these people aren't it. No customer service. Go somewhere else. Heck, go to dunkin in the same plaza at least they won't mess up your drink.

People are nice, service is great, everything is great. But! The music is too loud. Since when did Starbucks turn into a club? I was trying to read even with my noise canceling AirPods Pro, but the music is overpowering my AirPods and reading playlist. I took off my headphones and it’s just too loud.

It was a first time for me. And i will definitely go back
