It's a regular Starbucks nothing notable
Employee Andre simply wants to be not disturbed while he is texting away distracted when customer is standing in front of the counter wanting to order. First time i stood 3 min waiting for him to acknowledge me, since it didn’t happen, i walked away and got something for myself from the Kroger deli where the Starbucks is located . Second time i walked in after hour and a half to order a coffee, he seems to be focused on his phone but at-least acknowledged me this time. Requested a drink which he said is available here but another Starbucks which is a little further away on another street. Long story short, management should look into hiring employees and training them to focus 30 min in an hour at their job. These days you can’t ask for anything more than that
I love the iced latte I got it was so good and the people were very nice.
Somebody from management needs to explain to "Misha or Mesha" what customer service is. Maybe she thinks she's giving good customer service. I can assure you. ..she's not. When you make a customer feel like they are bothering you.....that's NOT good customer service Getting upset , indignant or irritated when someone asks you for a cup of ice and TELLS you they will pay for it.....is NOT good customer service. Working the register, front desk or door requires a pleasant attitude. Do I seem irritated? I am. This is a cup of Starbucks $5+ coffee. Not a $1 anysize McDonald's cup of coffee.
