I ordered a "Carmel Macchiato" - a drink I've reliably ordered for years... When I made the order the barista asked if I wanted a "Caramel Mocha"....I shrugged, said sure, took it and continued shopping at the Frye's it's nestled into. It was fine, I suppose.

Okay I found another. I was served a Luke warm venti dark roast and when I told them, the girl rolled her eyes at me and said “ well you’ll have to wait for us to brew more”. When I was given the coffee the top was loose , came off and spilled on me!!!!!!! It was fricken hot
