This particular Starbucks charges you for every little thing, extra syrup, extra drizzle. Then when you say something bout the employees yell at you and say " yes we have to do that" when every other Starbucks does not. The manager heard the whole thing and said nothing. Then the two that yelled at you talked about you in their headset. Very poor customer service. We will never come back to this one. January 20, 2024 We went there today and there was no one there. Granted we had bad weather conditions but all the streets were cleared today. It said on their website that they were opened only drive there and it was closed.

Starbucks is my favorite first stop of the day!! My latte’s are always great! Polite staff and good food too!

I absolutely love this location. I wish I could get the same quality at others.

Very slow!

I have a complaint that I hope gets rectified and noticed. Twice lately I have ordered a Tall latte at the new Madison/Balch store. It’s bad enough prices have gone up so much that I had to pay over $6 for this now but even worse when only half of my drink is coffee. I get soy milk and ask still for a little whipped cream. This is the second time I’ve notice that when taking a sip I have to tip the cup a lot more than necessary. This just plain sucks. I expect my coffee to be correct or at least fill the expensive cup that I ordered most of the way. Otherwise they have met my expectations. Maybe it’s an employee not properly trained.
