Stopped by this Starbucks before heading over to the city & the service was fast and easy. In and out experience, they have plenty of seats & tables as well.

I've always ordered the same drink at numerous Starbucks locations, and I know exactly how it's supposed to taste. But this location made it terribly... it was so bad... They didn't steam the milk properly for the latte and just poured in cold milk. I've never seen it made like this. Despite ordering a hot coffee, it was lukewarm as soon as I received it, likely due to the cold milk. It tasted truly awful. And it wasn't just me; my friend who visited with me also experienced the same problem. I won't be visiting this location anymore.

2/1/24 That tubby Indian barista with the glasses need to learn how to do her job and not ask no questions, tryna be sarcastic and looking at me funny because I wanted whipped cream and cold foam, she ask you want cold foam and whipped cream, Yes, then tubby proceeds to huff and puff at the fact that I wanted that? She lucky I anit back hand her

I ordered a pink drink: which I have had numerous times before and; know what coconut milk tastes like very well. My pink drink was made with whole milk, which am aware fully of what it tastes like. The milk was also a lot thicker and heavier than coconut milk. I asked before taking the drink and when I took the first few sips I knew it was not coconut milk. Also I asked because I saw him use whole milk and placed the whole milk back into the fridge. Coconut milk comes in a green container. Not a clear container with a label around it. Plus the smell of whole milk is very unique and the smell of coconut milk is also distinctive. Upon my request of a drink change he was very angry. I am very over Starbucks customer service and have since deleted the app and requested app account be deleted . It’s not what it once was…. Also an employee shouldn’t be angry with drink requests made in reasonable circumstances and I didn’t appreciate the unnecessary effort to water down my drink remake or make it nasty . If someone is paying and; giving a company loyal business that requires that to pay salaries it’s a shame when poor customer service ( numerous times) results in people no longer wanting to purchase anything. Am over having to be content with poor service and rude employees that make bad drinks and rude attitudes. I shouldn’t be drinking my drink and feel unhappy with it. Or be worried with drinking it based on someone else attitude for asking a simple question or request.

Purchased a gift card from here to give to a friend, only to be scammed. My friend was not able to use the card because the balance was 0, although I had loaded $25 on it. After a call with Starbucks corporate, it was confirmed there was fraudulent activity on the card. Someone had been constantly making balance inquiries on the card, used it, and then continued to make balance inquiries afterwards as well. After over an hour long phone call with Starbucks, they said they would call me back and never did. When I went into the physical Starbucks store (this location, where I had purchased the card), I was told to call Starbucks corporate, they could do nothing about it, but they agreed that I had loaded money onto the card. Many days later and still no help at all. This is ridiculous. Buyer beware - don’t purchase ANY gift cards from this location or you too will be scammed for your money.

Great service, I accidentally order hot instead of iced and the barista made me a new one no questions asked.
