Ordered a venti drip coffee with cream in the drive thru. It was Luke warm so I asked for them to make it hot. The girl was very annoyed. When they steamed it and gave it back, it had no coffee flavor at all. It was a cup of steamed milk. This is not the 1st time this has happened. It’s time to find a coffee house that has customer service and a good product. Starbucks has gone so far downhill. Gas station service and coffee is better.
pulled up to the window and girl with red hair gave us the wrong order, slid it back on the counter because it was wrong but it accidentally slid off. Employee immediately turned cold and started to say a customer was ‘throwing croissants at her’ in the drive through window? We were really confused because she purposely said it loud enough for us to hear and didn’t look back at us so we could apologize or explain the situation. When she finally did look back at us after standing there awkwardly for about 2 minutes we were able to apologize and explain we didn’t mean to slide it off the counter (we are very sheepish people and this embarrassed us a lot, neither of us would ever hurt a fly) which she rudely stated “don’t do it again.” As if we meant to ever do it in the first place. I totally understand what fast food workers go through and why it might’ve started her but the pettiness and lack of kindness we were given even after explaining the accident was totally unprofessional. Will not be returning
