This place is great in the drive through. If you go inside for a pickup they are completely incompetent and could careless about customer service since your just a delivery driver. great in the drive through. Remember Starbucks employees we are all customers and we are a part of the loop that creates the satisfaction of being able to get coffee at the work place or home. You guys are not good at all here and at the bare minimum consistent at all. There are some Starbucks that don't do deliveries anymore..you may want to consider being one of those. Your staff is not organized or professional enough to handle these tasks with consistency.

Tasty and pretty reliable coffee drinks. Better drink selection than most coffee shops. Easy pre-orders in the app for pickup in store or in drive thru line.

Store Manager Alex gave me a refund on my whole order after having waited 20 minutes and experienced them not having an item I ordered! It was a great gesture that I didn't see coming. Thank you so much!

They really really hate delivery drivers at this location.When I arrived today there were two employees just standing by the register doing absolutely nothing but chatting (Coby?). The entire order was ready and sitting behind the counter for over 10 minutes and they laughed and say they’ll bag it “right after I take this customers order” even though nobody was trying to order when i arrived and the ones that did come in a minute or two later still were unsure what to order so they were still looking at the menu. Maybe they don’t understand we have a strict time frame? “Can you please bag my order” i say after waiting almost 15 minutes looking directly at the completed order now getting cold. Another group walks in. He chuckles and says “Right after i take these people’s order”, who also then proceeded to read the menu options. Another employee had to ultimately come over and do it and I said thanks to the person who asked them to. They gave a thumbs down for this (which I can lose my Uber school scholarship from). For just trying to make sure the customers food wasn’t bagged after it had already gotten cold. I know this isn’t how Starbucks is supposed to run. This is the only location that treats me like that. Editing to add- after coming back to this location I am SHOCKED that this coby person is still employed after seeing the rest of these reviews about him specifically.

Always loved this Starbucks, happy people. Good place for homework, and has a good internet other ones I’ve been to usually have slower internet
