Went to try something new. Watched the young lady make it. She didnt wash the blender from the last drink before making. Mine came out tasting oddly like caramel. Ended up tossing an entire $7 drink...

Floor is filthy & no one here but me. Employees just standing around. When I mentioned it, the cashier just looked at the floor then continued to staring space.

Employees don’t even look up to acknowledge customers. They act like they don’t really care if you are there or not. Barista made a ton of orders for people not here as the drinks sat on the counter, meanwhile present customers waited 15+min for their drinks

Professional and pleasant staff happily serving us. Very organized years ago in terms of how to pick up your drinks or meals.

An employee named kj was very rude when giving me my drink and food.

Dawn had a major attitude when I asked for some water a bit ago. I asked for a large water, which I had gotten yesterday with no problem. She said with an attitude that they have a "cup shortage" and that I can only get one size. She then waved me off and told me to go wait on the other side of the store. She has also made it seem as if I had cut in front of the man behind me in line when he had actually let me go ahead of him because he was still deciding. There was a long wait for my water even though I was one of the first people in the store. Awful service.
