The worst customer service especially from the new employees

I have been at the Starbucks on Touhy Ave. in Skokie twice lately and the cashier is talking with her coworkers, having fun and completely ignoring me at the counter while I waited patiently until they are done with their nonsense and ask for my order. At one point one is waving at the parking lot area to talk to a coworker coming to the store. All while I am waiting. No tips both times from me. These are very young girls who have no idea what customer service really is. Managers, please train them properly. I have daughters that age who work in retail companies and don't ignore their customers. Please acknowledge your customers right away. I am spending my money from now on at my local Starbucks.

I don’t complain a lot considering how often I go out. However this is probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve experienced. Went yesterday and ordered a brown sugar iced shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam on top. I get this everywhere else and have a small layer of sweet cream. I got only a drizzle on top at this location. I didn’t want to be a Karen or waste it so I made myself drink it. I went back later to order it again and give them another chance. Matthew seemed really kind and I got the same drink but asked for extra sweet cream cold foam this time. Also got two impossible breakfast sandwiches. The “extra” sweet cream was still less than any other location’s regular amount. The breakfast sandwiches were poorly put together and sticking to the inside of the bag. I went back around in the drive thru and asked for some extra sweet cream cold foam to add to my drink. They gave a small cup of it which was way more than enough this time but I was charged for it again which I feel like I shouldn’t have been. Went again today and got the same drink hoping it was just an off day for them. Same thing again. I don’t like wasting but I only drank half and dumped it this time. They also take a bit more time here than other locations which is surprising considering everything looked rushed. Went to the location on Touhy and McCormick and they made it perfectly without me having to ask for extra or anything. In summary: -Slow service -Sloppy/rushed items -Employees don’t care about customer service/experience

I use to go here because its on my way to work but not anymore. Recently the drinks have been terrible!! Either new untrained folks or folks who are sick of their job and dont care. Im going to the starbucks by marianos from now on. I gave this locatipn 3 chances and they sucked every time.

I usually don’t have a problem with this location but this morning I go and order a pumpkin spice latte and Nancy tells me to give her a second, then comes,back and proceeds to ring me up for a regular latte adding all the things that already come with a pumpkin spice latte, when I told her I want a pumpkin spice latte she yells and says it’s not on the menu, so I left and told her I refuse to pay 4 extra dollars for a coffee I get on a regular that I pay less than what she was trying to charge at the moment very disappointed.
