Poor gentleman was working alone! Taking orders for drive thru, pick up, and counter?! I’m impressed he handled it all with Grace, but the place is a disaster and that’s what happens without an extra employee with duties that involve sanitation, and clean environments. Please consider adding employees to your shifts.

Ordered 30 min ago and still in drive though line waiting on my order. Super slow for a Saturday at 2pm !!!

Love this location! I've never had food/a drink I didn't like. The employees are also really nice. I never mind a little bit of a wait because I hangout here to work/read. :)

Order ahead is always turned off. You’re lucky if the lobby is even open and it takes 3045 minutes to get one drink.

Last week they were out of venti cups. This week no cold brew or nitro cold brew. Stopped by at 5:23 pm today. The store was closed to customers and mobile orders. Only 2 employees working. Still waited almost 25 minutes for my order with only 3 cars ahead of me (with no in store or mobile orders to prepare). The "new" manager is not there to help out or evidently to order supplies! I visit this location several times each week and it is ALWAYS slow. Corporate needs to step in and reorganize or close this location.
